Kelly Schultz is the owner, designer and milliner for Angeline Alice Millinery. Angeline Alice Millinery is named after her two grandmothers, Angeline & Alice. Her grandmas lived in an era where women wore hats everywhere and that is what inspired Kelly's hat making. She is originally from St. Paul, Minnesota but has called Bemidji home since 2004. Her mother taught her to sew at age eight and the rest is history.

Kelly’s passion is making fascinators, hats and hair accessories, but she also does dress alterations along with costume/clothing design. Kelly’s millinery creations were inspired by the Royal Wedding of Prince William and Kate Middleton on April 29, 2011. Since then, Kelly has made hundreds of unique fascinators and hats. Some of her favorite embellishments and textiles to use are feathers from birds native to Minnesota, ribbon, buttons, brooches, crystal beads, rhinestones, silk, satin, wool, and brocade. Every item she makes is unique and you will never find another one exactly like it.

Besides fashion, Kelly’s other obsession is sports, which she makes her full-time living. Kelly has been the radio play-by-play announcer for Bemidji State University women’s DI college hockey on the Beaver Radio Network since 2007 and hosts "The Pepsi Lunchtime Cafe" from 11am-2pm on Babe Country WBJI 98.3 in Bemidji.

Kelly can also be commissioned for custom headpieces for any occasion. Please send inquiries to kelly@angelinealice.com.
